Computerised Hydrostatic Pressure Testing M/C.PRODUCT :The "Kaiser" Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machine are used to find out the resistence to internal pressure of R-PVC, C-PVC, U-PVC, MDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, pipes, Fittings, Valves etc. as per IS, BS, ASTM and other equivalent standards. The "Kaiser" Pressure Testing Machines are designed keeping versatility in mind to perform with different applications as specified in international standard. APPLICATION :This testing method is used for determination of the resistance of thermoplastic pipe to constant internal water pressure at constant tempreture. It is applicable to termoplastic pipes intended for the conveyance of fluids USP :The "Kaiser" machines are designed with special new pneumatic technology to work continuously for days & days as these test are to be conducted for long term. Hydrostatic Pressure Machine is users friendly and works automatically. The "Kaiser" gives uniquely designed time totaliser to match with the process of test and gives alarm indications on fault detection and completion of test. It automatically calculate the process time with in the hysteresis band of set pressure. The "Kaiser" Digital Pressure Testing Machines are having high-pressure accuracy of 0.3% of set pressure and on wide pressure range. The "Kaiser" Computerized Pressure Testing Machines are very convenient in operation and provide easy monitoring and recording of the test data. Up to 4 station "Kaiser" hydrostatic machines operate with single pneumatic pump uniquely designed for the Pressure Testing Machine. The "Kaiser" provides pressure boosting system which helps the system in performing the test with the minimum operation of pneumatic pump and delivering high pressurize water to the system in very smooth manner. As Kaiser hydro is interfaced with PC system to keep record of the performance and giving instantaneous hard copy reports. It performs the test step by step through each application.
